If you are registering as a business, you will need to provide relevant business information, including but not limited to your company name, VAT number, and business address. Business accounts may be subject to different terms or pricing from consumer accounts.

2.3. Account Security:  

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and are liable for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Product Information and Availability

3.1. Product Descriptions:

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date descriptions, images, and specifications of our products. However, we do not guarantee that the information on our website is always error-free, complete, or current.

3.2. Product Availability:

All orders are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative or refund. 

3.3. Pricing: 

All prices on the website are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable). Prices do not include delivery charges, which will be calculated during checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any price changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed in your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability or payment issues.

4.2. Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order ("Order Confirmation"). This does not constitute an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order will occur when we dispatch the goods to you.

4.3. Payment:  

Payment is due at the time of placing your order. We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as available on the website. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

4.4. Invoice and Receipt:  

Invoices will only be sent on request from you via email with reference to the order number.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery Times:  

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and delivery method chosen. We will notify you if there are any delays. Any delivery dates and times given are estimates only and not a guarantee. Delivery of the goods to the customers’ address or any other address required is at the risk of the customer once the delivery has left ATTOCK NETWORK PRODUCTS LTD premises. ATTOCK NETWORK PRODUCTS LTD is not liable for any failure to meet a delivery time or date and any consequential loss that may arise, however the delay was caused

5.2. Delivery Charges:  

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, weight, price and size of the order. You will be informed of the total delivery charge before completing your order.

5.3. Delivery Methods:  

We offer a range of delivery options depending on the products purchased. 

5.4. Risk and Title:  

Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the products remains with us until full payment for the goods has been received.

6. Returns and Cancellations

6.1. Consumer Right to Cancel:  

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order before the good have been despatched. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing or via email.

6.2. Exemptions from the Right to Cancel**:  

Certain products may be exempt from the right to cancel, including but not limited to sealed goods which have been opened or products made to your specification (e.g., custom orders).

6.3. Returns Process:  

To return a product, please fill out the returns and replacements form and our team will be in touch with the details of the return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee unless the item is defective or incorrect. Floor standing cabinets will also have the original £50 pallet charge deducted from the refund.

6.4. Refunds:  

Refunds for returned goods will be processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the returned items, using the original payment method. If the goods are returned in a condition that prevents resale, we may refuse a refund.

7. Warranties and Liability

7.1. Product Warranties:  

We provide warranties on our products in accordance with UK consumer law. If a product is defective or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

7.2. Limitation of Liability:  

We will not be liable for any loss of profit, business, or reputation, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of your use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the price of the goods purchased.
